The puffins were our favorite "up close and personal" encounter:

There are 2 kinds: tufted....

....and horned....

We didn't get photos of all the animals we saw that day (otters, seals, a baby seal pup they were rehabilitating, Jonas' favorite--the touch tank, etc) but we did get a photo of this ocean debris octopus (lol):

It was the perfect way to spend a rainy day!
