"Fishing"

Jonas finally had his dream come true of catching a fish with his bare hands! The opportunity presented itself perfectly with our friends in Seldovia at a creek where tons of salmon were spawning. We went at low tide, so it was easy pickins and the kids had their fill of catching & releasing fish after fish! 

We even found a bunch of eggs!!

NOTE: We later found out we could've gotten in trouble with Dept of Fish & Game for disturbing the wildlife...oops! Most of them were half dead anyway, or at least on heir way out; they had reached "the end of the road" for their life cycle.
