Japanese tsunami debris on OR coast

So how wild is this? The next beach over had this HUGE concrete dock washed up so of course we had to go check it out. Right as Joey and Kellen, our nephew, climbed up, this guy went down into the big dark hole, swam under the frigid water and came up with a 20 lb ballast. (He said he was going to try to sell it on eBay). Kellen said, "Hey can I have one of those?" so he graciously dove back under and brought up one for he & Joey both! Score!!! [Now we have to haul the thing around in our car for the next 6 weeks!]
