We drove up 2 observation points: the top of a cinder cone "Lava Butte" at the north entrance and Pauline Look-out at the south entrance.
*Check out the shiny black Obsidian we saw! (iPad photos don't do it justice) We saw the whole solidified flow from the top, then hiked down among it at the bottom. So cool!
